Hi all - and sorry for my first post being in sales!

I am after a cheap SWFF setup. I have been plugging and spinning for bass and fancy a change. I am after as close to a complete setup as possible - rod/reel/lines/lures. But anything considered. I don't want to spend a lot of cash here - I'm just wanting to have a go and see if it is for me really.

I would like something in #8 flavour rather than 9 if possible as I do have the option sometimes of a bit of freshwater trout fishing so would like the flexibility.

Anyone have anything suitable cluttering up a cupboard?

I might even have a lure rod spare for swaps if that helps

Looks good, although to be honest I'm looking even cheaper. If I do enjoy it and want to upgrade I'm willing to spend a good amount of cash. I've been looking at the airflo saltwater kits - anyone have any experience of these? I'd rather go secondhand if I can though, if I do end up selling it then I won't lose too much! I know I sound tight but most of my toys fund goes on lures or rifles!

If you can loosen up your belt a little, I have exactly what your looking for. All items are brand new and never fished except some of the flies.

1.Custom built St. Croix Legend Elite 9' 9wt 4pc rod, blue blank with high end SS guides/blue wraps and blue anodized reel seat with divided tube. Rod cost just over $500 to build
2. Allen Alpha II size 4 reel, anodized green color with neoprene case
3. 250 yards of 30# backing
4. 9wt Intermediate sink tip line(I can't remember the line name but cost $85USD
5. Softsided tacklebox with four Plano trays with around 50 or more SW Flies(cost between $3-$6 each)

Asking $375 plus shipping to your zipcode
